Justin Cernitz

Justin founded Cernitz Law Firm to represent clients when the system works against them. He focuses on insurance and personal injury law, taking on cases that range from disputed property claims to catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and nursing home negligence. His practice spans First-Party Property Insurance Disputes, Bad Faith Litigation, Personal Injury Protection, and more across Florida, Texas, and New York.

Before founding the firm, Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.
